Who we are

High Five Freedivers is a freediving school in Phuket, Thailand. This policy explains what data we collect when you use this website or contact us, and how we use it.

What data we collect

  • Contact details: name, phone number, messenger or social media account, e-mail — when you write to us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by e-mail.
  • Booking details: dates, chosen programme, experience level, swimming ability, equipment sizes.
  • Health information you provide in the medical questionnaire before training — only what is needed for your safety.
  • Photos and videos from sessions — only with your consent (see Terms).
  • Technical data: the site remembers your chosen language in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use your data

  • To answer your questions and register you for sessions.
  • To keep you safe during training and dives.
  • To issue Molchanovs certification after you complete a course.
  • To tell you about schedule changes. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. It may only be shared with those needed to run a session or issue a certificate: partner venues and boats, emergency medical services, Molchanovs for certification, and the messaging services (WhatsApp, Instagram) you use to contact us.

Storage and protection

We keep data for as long as needed for training and certification, and medical questionnaires no longer than required for safety and legal reasons. We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing. Please write to us — our contacts are on the Contact page. We act in accordance with applicable Thai personal data protection law (PDPA).

Third-party services

The site may link to third-party services (Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps and Google reviews). They have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
